The Structure
The large terrace and location are the highlight!
The house is located a few steps from the sea and the pedestrian area, full of bars and restaurants, and a few minutes walk from the train that connects the host with the center of Rome in just 25 minutes. The apartment is cared for in every detail, from the comfortable living room with open kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook great meals, to the spacious double bedroom, to the bedroom with the bunk bed, desk and wardrobes. A bathroom with shower and one with bathtub to meet every need. The large terrace allows, in the summer to spend most of the time outside, let the children play, dine in the cool of the sea breeze or spend the rest on a comfortable deck chair.

What to do
Ostia lido, considered the sea of Rome, offers many beach clubs, clubs and restaurants to spend the summer holidays. It’s perfect for visiting the capital without staying in the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan city like Rome. The train stop that connects Ostia to the center of Rome in 25 minutes is a short walk from the apartment. Fiumicino Airport is 10 km away and is connected by bus.
The old town, now a pedestrian area, offers a wide choice of bars for rich breakfasts or quick lunches, restaurants for tasty fish or meat dinners, bars for aperitifs, tasty fast food and much more. For those who love nightlife, there is no shortage of discos on the beach and for romantics do not miss the opportunity of a nice dinner by the sea.
The pier of Ostia with its seafront will allow you to take long walks, jogging breathing sea air and thanks to the bike path you can also ride safely and get to the Port of Ostia where you can admire beautiful yachts, shops and much more.
Near our accommodation there are all the main services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, shops of all kinds and playgrounds for children and with 10 minutes walk you can get to Via delle Baleniere, the shopping street with many international brands. The archaeological park of Ostia Antica is worth a visit.

You can be in central Rome within an hour, or enjoy all that Ostia has to offer on footThe flat is on a fairly busy junction above a bar, but we had no noise at night and very little in the day. Francesca was super flexible and helpful throughout our stay from pre-arrival until arriving home.Would recommend :)
Jill08/04/2024Beautiful apartment with everything one would need for a wonderful stay. The terrace was awesome and even though it was in the middle of the city, it was very quiet inside the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the showers were spacious with plenty of hot water, and the place was eloquently furnished. Many many restaurants all around and the beach was within a few minutes on foot. We were very comfortable and happy to have had the opportunity to stay at this apartment.
